“Snapdeal has done a great job of upgrading its seller panel. While reducing returns is always our goal, being able to manage them easily through the panel is a great help. Classification of returns based on fulfilment mode, courier/ buyer-initiated, etc. gives you full visibility. More important, being able to see buyers’ comments against your returned orders and being able to take corrective action is a great help for our business!”
