Therefore, you need to provide below mentioned mandatory declarations while listing your product(s) on Snapdeal’s platform:

1. Manufacturer's Name & Address
2. Marketer's Name & Address
3. Packer's Name & Address
4. Importer's Name & Address
5. Country of Origin or Manufacture or Assembly
6. Common or Generic Name of the commodity
7. Net content
8. Size (cm)/Dimension of the Commodity
9. Best before or use by- date- month and year (only if applicable)
10. Seller Geographic address

It is our collective responsibility to ensure compliance with law to protect consumer’s interest.
Snapdeal reserves the right to take strict action in case of any non-compliance with any applicable laws or the seller agreements or relevant policies. Please note that Snapdeal, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to block or disable [temporary or permanent] access of any or all the Product listings of the Seller and shall have the right to suspend or terminate (temporary or permanent) the Seller’s access to Seller Panel and the Website or terminate the Seller Agreement forthwith.
